Billing Questions

All on-line credit card transactions are being processed securely through our Authorized Reseller CCNow. CCNow accepts all major credit cards and provides immediate, secure transactions. 

CCNow will show up on your order confirmation e-mail and credit card statement.

If any billing questions should arise, contact CCNow's toll free customer-service number (1-877-CCNOW-77).

Shipping / Handling Policy

All products are shipped via priority mail using Delivery Confirmation to allow tracking of shipments. Products are shipped to domestic destinations only. Orders with a PO Box shipping address will not be processed.

Shipment Schedule

With the exception of the weekends (see below) orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days unless a product is out of stock.

Since Serbian Stamps Shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday, orders received Friday after 12 noon  (PST) are not processed until the following Monday.
