Serbian Stamps and CCNow
Serbian Stamps use CCNow integrated shopping-cart software
which runs in Secure Mode on your browser, using SSL to encrypt
sensitive data such as your credit card numbers. Ordering
Serbian Stamps products online via CCNow is 100% safe.
How to order
1. When you have chosen a product to purchase, simply click
the linked price, or the
button . One (1) quantity of that item will now be in your cart
and you will be taken to the Serbian Stamps Shop secure server
on CCNow.
2.
You may add or delete the items you just added to your cart at
any time by clicking the  View
CCNow Cart/Checkout
icon, changing the Qty amount, and clicking the "UPDATE" button.
3.You may continue shopping on the Serbian Stamps web site by
clicking the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to take you back to the
Serbian Stamps site.
4. When you are ready to make a final purchase, click the
"CHECKOUT" button, review the items in your cart, and choose
shipping region. Shipping and packing cost for all destinations
6.00€.
5.Enter the appropriate Billing Address, Optional Shipping
Address, and Payment information and click the "CONTINUE"
button. Carefully enter your shipping address into the shopping
cart. It will be printed on the label exactly as you type it.
Important Note:
The only way to purchase from Serbian Stamps using a card is
with the CCNow shopping cart. We cannot take phone orders. We
cannot add items to your order after it has been placed. In
short we can never add any amount to your charge. Only you can
do that by using the CCNow shopping cart.

Reliable Delivery
Our products are shipped from Belgrade, Serbia. All products are
shipped via registered air mail using delivery confirmation by
the Post of Serbia. Upon departure of your
shipment you will receive a notification email with a tracking
number.
Taxes
Our prices do not include local taxes or custom duty, when
applicable, which are due by the recipient.
Delivery Advice
Your shipment will be handled with utmost care. If one or
several items damage in transit, please specify on the delivery
receipt which items and keep a copy of the delivery receipt for
your records. Then, send us an email at
support@serbianstamps.com and we will replace the
merchandise as soon as possible or refund in full, including
shipping charges.
Prices
In our continuing efforts to improve the buying experience
for our customers, we are proud to announce support for the
following currencies in addition to the euro: US Dollar,
Canadian Dollar, Pound Sterling, Australian Dollar, Japanese
Yen, Swiss franc, Danish krone, Hong Kong dollar, Indian rupee,
Norwegian krone, New Zealand dollar, Swedish krone, South
African rand. Now our customers have the option to select their
preferred transaction currency at the top of the order form.
Pricing displays will automatically convert to the currency
value selected, and we will settle the transaction in that
currency. In that way customers will know exactly the amount to
be billed to their card because settling in their local currency
will effectively eliminate fees that the cardholder’s bank would
normally charge for currency conversions of credit card
transactions. Customers will also be protected against currency
fluctuations on returns.
For
every order higher than 150.00€ a 5% discount is automatically
deduced.
Credit cards
CCNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and JCB cards. This
includes all card types which are derivatives of those brands.
Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard
"MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.
PayPal
PayPal payments are accepted online in the CCNow shopping
cart. Customers will have the option to pay via credit card or
PayPal when finalizing checkout.
Shipment Schedule
With the exception of the weekends orders are generally
processed and shipped within 5-7 days unless a product is out of
stock. The transit time will be hard to predict, most packages
will take a week or two, some countries may take longer.
